Bring the portion you’ll cook to room temperature before preparation, as directed on the pack. Follow the directions on your current pouch.
Pack cooking time: 12–15 minutes
The pack directs adding salt to taste and regular Eno. Follow your current pack for the quantity and instructions.
Fill the idli moulds and steam for 12–15 minutes, until cooked through.
Serve warm with coconut chutney and sambar. Add your favourite sides.

The pack directs adding 25 g gram flour per 500 g, or 50 g per 1 kg batter, and salt to taste. Add water to adjust the consistency.
Spread a ladleful in a circular motion on a suitably heated pan. Cook until set and golden.
Serve freshly cooked with chutney and sambar. Add a cooked filling if you like.
